Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

60-Day Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 60 days from the date of purchase.
If more than 60 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it

  • It must be in the original packaging

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase

After an order has been shipped, it is not possible to cancel the order.

Returns (If Applicable)

If a return is required, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs (with tracking).

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm we have received the item.
We will also notify you whether your refund is approved or rejected.

Refund processing takes approximately 3–5 business days after inspection.
If approved, the refund will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damaged or Faulty Items

  • Order number

  • Photos/videos of the issue

  • Packaging photos (if applicable)

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Unredeemed / Unclaimed Packages

If a package is unclaimed, refused, or returned to sender due to non-collection, we reserve the right to charge handling costs (return shipping, processing fees, etc.).

A $20 AUD fee applies for unredeemed packages.

Shipments are typically held by the postal agent for 14 days before being returned to us.

If you wish to return your order after regretting your purchase, you must first collect the package, then send it back to us.
Unredeemed packages are not covered under the right of withdrawal.
