Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
During peak seasons (Christmas, Mother’s Day, promotions), processing may take a little longer.


Shipping Times

Australia

  • Standard Shipping: 6–12 business days

  • Express Shipping (if selected): 4–8 business days

New Zealand

  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days

These are estimates and may vary due to customs, delays, or high-volume periods.


Tracking Information

All orders include tracking.
Tracking numbers are emailed once the order has been shipped.


Wrong Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping details are correct.
If the address is incorrect:

  • We cannot reship or refund until the item is returned to us (if it returns at all).

  • Additional reshipping fees may apply.


Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs processing

  • Weather events

  • Courier delays

  • Peak shopping seasons


Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows "delivered" but you did not receive your package:

We will assist you, but we cannot issue refunds for packages marked as delivered.


Unclaimed / Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to:

  • Non-collection

  • Incorrect address

  • Refusal upon delivery

A $20 AUD handling fee may apply.


International Customs Fees

Buyers are responsible for any customs charges.
These are not included in product or shipping costs.
